Summary:

A practical and actionable way to greatly improve the condition of the Girl Child of a poor Family. The girl child from a poor family faces the threat of abortion, of death at birth and, if allowed to be, a life of disadvantaged, malnutrition and discriminatory consideration that effects future generations and even the Society.

Such girl children need protection and a more equitable chance to grow properly, be educated and become capable and productive members of the Society. This can be easily done by incentivizing the parents to take better care of their girl children without overtly burdening the country’s financial system. Using some of the future dividends from investments in long term infrastructure projects as recommended would serve this purpose.
