Intolerance.

Interesting Facts about Religions and Tolerance
The facts about religions, whether you are a believer or not, that is a secondary matter, the following facts bring out some sensible things, which all literate and rational persons must admit. The Religious Cultures each say – One God, One Book and each see themselves as One People, united and. tolerant but; Please read with an open mind. No disrespect is meant to any particular religion
Christianity
One Christ, One Bible, One Religion – and all Christians claim to see themselves as united and tolerant!
BUT there are many divisive denominations within them;
Roman Catholics, Syrian Catholics, Ethiopian Catholics; Russian Orthodox Catholics, Lutherans, Protestants, Anglicans, Mormons, Seventh Day Adventists, Pentecostals, Jacobite’s, Baptists, Evangelists, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Unitarians, Reformists and many, many more. They also have the caste system in many of them. There are 146 castes in Kerala alone!
Each will not go to the other’s Church to pray! Each has different burial grounds! Each sees the other as lowly and different!
So much for One Christ, One Bible, One Jehovah!
They discriminate and fight not only amongst themselves but also against others, even as the ‘Black and murderous’ days of Crusades and inquisition are long over, many Christians propagate Evangelism/ Proselytism, by any means calling others as Pagans, or as the Pope had said in his speech in Kerala around 1998 as – ‘Souls to be harvested (not saved) for the Lord’.
He was clearly evidencing an expropriating mind set calling for conversion of the others to build up his flock of contributors as many in Europe and in the Americas were giving up Religiosity for Spirituality.
What Unity or Tolerance?
It is now time for the Right-Thinking Christian majority to ‘Stand-up’ and differentiate themselves from that small minority, that for the sake a few ‘Shekels’(Money and Power), position themselves as the only, and rightful interface between you and your God and seek to create divisions, they speak of the intolerance of the others, calling them Pagans, with no effort to understand their culture and beliefs, and teaches that you will receive Salvation by converting them – they see no intolerance in this.
Perhaps it is now time for all Christians to ask of themselves, that as literate people capable of reading and rationally understanding the Scriptures themselves, – why do they need any interpreter between them and their God? And if Salvation, as told to you by such self-proclaimed emissaries, comes only after death, then what is the purpose of Life?
Live to make this Life on this Earth itself heavenly, commune with your God directly and live in Harmony with ALL!
If you don’t ‘Stand-Up and Speak’ even now, then you and the rest of the silent majority of Christians are making yourself irrelevant.
Islam
One Allah, One Quran, One Ummah- and all Muslims call themselves as brothers!
BUT- there are many divisive denominations within them; Shia, Sunni, Ibadi, and again each with their own sub-divisions: then there are the Sufis’, Ahmadiyya’s, Ismailis, Zaydis, Alawites, Quranists, Barelvis, Deobandis, Salafists, Wahabis, Tablighi’s, Druzes, Bahais and many, many more. There are also atleast 13 castes amongst them and these brothers can’t share their places of prayer and cannot really live together in peace in any Islamic country, they have been killing/bombing/conquering /murdering/raping each other in the name of Islam for the last over 1300 years, since the day Islam was started…!
They have never been or they will never be at peace with Jews or Christians in the name of religion, yet all three pray to the same God of Abraham. The American attack on the Muslim land of Iraq and Afghanistan was fully supported by all the Muslim countries around them!
Only in India do they live in peace, yet here too they are being called on to see themselves as threatened and different by those amongst them who claim to be the only emissaries between God and their People and the only interpreters of their scriptures, all for the sake of Power and Pelf for themselves.
All Muslims are not Terrorists, but almost all Terrorists are Muslims and so proclaim their faith even as they act. Even as 60 percent of all victims of Muslim terrorism are Muslims. THEY ARE KILLING THEMSELVES IN THE NAME OF RELIGION- Great Unity and Tolerance?
So much for One God, One Book and One People! – Unable to accept any alternate view they propagate conversion of the other by any means, and seek to establish their own beliefs amongst those they see as others and as pagans, even if by inducements and even violence.
What Unity or Tolerance?
It is Time now for the Right-Thinking, and so far, silent Muslim majority to ‘Stand-up’ and differentiate themselves from that small minority, that for the sake a few ‘Shekels’(Money and Power), position themselves as the only and rightful interface between you and your God and seek to create divisions, they speak of the intolerance of the others, calling them Pagans, with no effort to understand their culture and beliefs, and teaches that you will be loved by your God and go to ‘Zennat’ (Heaven), only by converting or killing the other, – they see no intolerance in this.
Perhaps it is now time for all Muslims to ask of themselves, that as literate people capable of reading and rationally understanding the Scriptures themselves, – why do they need any interpreter between them and their God? And if your welcome into ‘Zennat’, as told to you by such self-proclaimed emissaries, comes only after death, then what is the purpose of Life? Live to make this Life on this Earth itself heavenly, commune with your God directly and live in Harmony with ALL!
