Enough evidence exists today from well qualified contrarian Scientists and Researchers to show that global warming exists, but that it is not caused by use of fossil fuels alone, but more by other much more powerful causes, Solar emissions, movement of the Solar system through denser parts of the Galaxy, leading to increased Cosmic particle bombardment, Milankovitch cycles, Precession of the Earth’s Axis, its Orbital eccentricity and so on. CO₂ increase caused by the use of fossil fuels is estimated as being responsible for only a small percentage of the warming and even this level is questionable. The action of Methane, of soot from forest and agricultural fires, of volcanic eruptions and many other such sources were all disregarded as not meeting the real and hidden purpose of climate control conventions, that of controlling the growth of developing countries (See -Ecological Catastrophe Due to Human Activities?). We should call their ‘Bluff’ and fund our own research in such matters. There is thinking today that CO₂ increase due to use of fossil fuels may have actually helped protect against Global cooling.

It is noted worldwide that environmental issues receive due attention when the per capita income levels exceed US-1990’s $ 4000/- per annum. So perhaps it would be more realistic for us to first seek to attain to such levels, of course with the least environmental ill-effects as realistically practicable, before calling for restrictions on resource utilization.

The effects of Global Warming are indeed global and hence it will be only equitable that every country, especially the already Developed ones, should each recognize its contribution to it on a per capita basis and be willing to work in proper partnership with all the other countries of the World to address the issue and even be willing to pay their share for over utilizing resources in the past.

Encouraging emotional outbursts from Teenagers and from other youth from Developed countries, who do not see their own large carbon footprint and yet feel free to vehemently criticize those with relatively very much smaller carbon footprints in developing countries, and even some misguided youth in developing countries who jump on the ‘Band Wagon’ without making an effort to properly understand the issues, all only allow the Money Controllers to make use of them.

Calling on the developed Countries to share the relevant applicable technologies especially that of Gasification of coal and advanced renewable energy and other energy and materials technologies, etc., with the developing Countries at reasonable terms will enable this to be done in an equitable manner at the earliest with minimum effects on the environment, and that is what we, in India, should call for in the many Conventions for Climate Control and also call for financial support for such projects as partial reparations due for centuries of their polluting activities for their development. We should also be aware of the negative effects of Renewable energies, Wind and Solar and strive to mitigate them, and also recognize the advantages of nuclear energy, especially of Thorium based nuclear Plants.

Today, once again the Global Cooling concept is receiving Scientific prominence due to the recognition of the effects of the Polar Vortex wind flow and the Atlantic Meridional Oceanic Currents. (See- Ecological Ca-tastrophe- due to Human Activities?).
