Finally I also thank all the many readers who had visited the website of the Institute over the years and have read an commented on the essays thereon. Some of them have graciously allowed me to use extracts of their comments on the back cover of this book. I look forward to comments from all new readers too, many of who I hope will also join the IDEAz Institute as members.
