Once you have understood this Low-Carb diet, or even its subset, the Ketogenic Diet, and the fitness regimen recommended herein, or better yet, let’s call it Low-Carb or Ketogenic, Life Style as you choose, and experience its benefits yourself, it will not be difficult for you to continue the changed eating habits all through your life in a Low-Carb or a Ketogenic Life Style.
Do continue your supplementation of vitamins and mineral and of the essential oils. Also continue to keep your body properly hydrated, make exercise a regular part of your life and ensure you get adequate rest and sleep. Also meditate and develop an optimistic outlook and the right attitude to everything in life so as to attain to your goal of Total Wellness.
Finally, don’t set unrealistic goals. Your aim should only be to get yourself to be healthy and to feel good about yourself – to be at peace with your body.
