Summary:
Human relationships between two persons can be sexual recognized by the Society, as marriages or civil unions or adultery. Historically what was recognized as a Marriage was a commitment between a man and a woman made in a religious ceremony. However, today unions between two people of the same sex also, need to be recognized as a Civil Union and not only as a Marriage, to meet the needs of living in a Society of Laws.
