The way to Good Health and Fitness is through a proper regimen of Diet (what, how, when and in what combinations you eat) and Exercise (how you breathe and move your body). If you Eat and Exercise right and view all that happens in your life with a positive and optimistic attitude, you will be able to experience contentment and a better Quality of Life and attain to a state of Total Wellness.

This Guide to Total Wellness strives to explain the reasoning behind the saying ‘You are what You Eat’ and to guide you to eat right and also to move or exercise right so as keep your body in such a state of Good Health and Fitness that leads to improvements in your attitude of your own self esteem and the greater esteem you are regarded with, within your work, social and even family environments, all resulting in greater happiness and a better Quality of Life, at whatever age you may now be.
