It may be noted that it has been scientifically determined that there is more water in the crust of the Earth than on the surface. Water, as we all know, reacts to energy radiation from the Cosmos, especially the Sun and also, responds to the gravitational effects of the Moon, Sun and other Bodies in Space.

Water, as Dr. Jack Kruze and other researchers have found, also, exhibits semiconductor and piezoelectric properties that enables it to generate micro- electrical fields as it moves across the magnetic field of the Earth, duly modulated by the minerals it passes through, especially underground. Such fields are amplified and enhanced where energy lines intersect to form nodes which have been proven to have both negative and positive effects on all living beings. Greater negative effects are noted where two negative lines intersect.

Energy lines have been detected to run all across the Earth and such energy is termed Telluric or LEY or Bio-Electro magnetic (BEM), these lines form a grid pattern, called the Hartman’s grid and Curry’s grid. There are set to be about 20 such field lines, apart from the BEM fields generated by underground streams, faults and cavities, and the energies generated by them are known as Telluric or BEM energy fields. Each of these energy nodes have been noted to have specific biological and mental effects on humans. These energy lines can today be detected using instruments such as the Lecher Antenna and measured in Bovis units using a Bovis meter. The effects at such energy nodes, at certain locations, have also, been noted to be accentuated by the solar, lunar and cosmic energy fields as they fluctuate at various times.

It is on the intersection points of such energy lines that ancient ‘Menhirs’ (Megalithic pillars) were erected so as to transform negative telluric or vibrational energies into positive energies and to act as transmitters of the energies, radiating and affecting a vast area around. The ‘Dolmens’, the arch formed by roofing two ‘Menhirs’ with another Megalithic stone, act as receivers for such energies.

In ancient monasteries in the Himalayas, the cells for the Monks were built in such a manner as to be contained within the BEM grids so that the monks would not to be affected by such energies. Even the Romans and Celts learnt to orient all their buildings in their villages with respect to the BEM grid. The famous cathedral at Chartres in France that was built upon the ruins of an ancient temple there is said to have very positive general energy effects due to water channels below it, some that seem to have been deliberately designed and constructed by the earlier builders to generate specific energies.
This cathedral is also, famous for incorporating unique mathematical ratios in its construction perhaps also, based on the ratios in the earlier structure.

All ancient cultures had developed great understanding and knowledge of the subtle effects of the various energy fields, called Geomancy, and incorporated such understanding into codes. In India such understanding was codified into regulations for buildings (Vaastu Shastra) and temples (Agama Shastra) to arrive at a balance and harmony with Nature and to create a sense of mental and physical well-being by enhancing specific desired aspects on people who reside or pray and meditate therein.

As each cell in the human body is said to acts as a receiver for its own characteristic wavelength, around 22 cms, and as the increased potential now allows it to draw on other frequencies from the liquid in the cell, each cell in the body receives fundamental energies in the form of vibrations from the Earth and from water flowing underground, all to cause or accentuate specific effects on the body’s cells and chakras. Such effects at temple sites are generally beneficial; However, some are more particular and have to be absorbed with care following certain practices. Each energy node triggers different effects on the chakras and cells and endocrine glands of the body, some act for general health, some on muscle or bone or cerebral, or reproductive cells and so on. The deity in each location would therefore be identified accordingly and the practices for the devotees also, laid down accordingly. It is well recognized that cats rest over, and ants and termites build their nests over, negative energy nodes and that cows and dogs prefer positive energy nodes, as do humans.

In China these Earth energy lines are called Dragon lines, understanding of which have given rise to what they call Feng Shui, principles to guide the construction and furnishing of buildings, again to harmonize with the Earth’s energies and Nature and for the welfare of the people.

It may be noted that some years ago when the Bank of China building was being constructed in Hong Kong, the locals objected to the design as being against the principles of Feng Shui and took the matter to the Courts. The matter was settled only after proper remedial measures were agreed to be incorporated into the design of the building and its surroundings.

Conclusion

Earth’s energies have powerful effects on all Life. We humans should identify their flow, recognize their specific effects and work to best enhance their positive effects and guard against the negative effects for our benefit.
