Mix two chilli hot peppers and one ripe banana with half tsp of rock salt into three glasses of water and drink or alternately eat two hot chilli bajji’s and one ripe banana and follow it with three glasses of water with half tsp of rock salt.

Banana – Contains 3 natural sugars Sucrose, Fructose, and Glucose and Tryptophan – a protein that converts into serotonin, Vit-A, Vit B-6 & B-12, Iron, Potassium. It is low in sodium and fibre and provides an instant energy boost. It reduces the risk of blood pressure and stroke and helps normal bowel motion.
Compared to an apple, a banana has 4 times the protein, twice the carbohydrates, 3 times the phosphorous, 5 times the Vita A and iron and twice the other vitamins and minerals. Perhaps it is time to change that old saying to “A banana a day helps the doctor away” – except that whole apples have an unusual polyphenol composition that is very beneficial.
However, as banana is restricted in the Low-Carb Diet, due to its carbohydrates and caloric content, it should be consumed with care. Of course there is no such restriction on feast days.
Take half tsp of rock salt in a glass of water – the pain will go in 5 min.
The first part created after the fetal clot is formed is the belly button. After it is created, it connects to the mother’s belly button through the umbilical cord. somersault motion to help prevent recurring bouts of dizziness.
Half somersault for right-sided BPPV. After each position change, any dizziness is allowed to subside before moving into the next position; if there is no dizziness, the position should be held for 15 secs. Sleep on your left side for about 20 minutes. Also drink a glass of water. Research has shown that a glass of water increases gastric pH by more than 4 in one minute, while an antiacid took 2 minutes. So many a time, a glass of water is sufficient.
Take about a kg of Harsingar / Parijat / Night Queen leaves. Wash them properly in clean water. Then put them in 4 ltrs of drinking water and boil at medium heat. When the water reduces to half take it off the stove and allow it to cool.
