To make ginger tea at home, slice 20-40 g of fresh ginger and steep in a cup of hot water. Adding a slice of lemon or some lemon juice or some honey to add flavor and to also provide additional benefits, such as Vit-C and antibacterial action.
Ginger has been used for centuries to reduce inflammation and treat inflammatory conditions. Ginger has also shown promise in clinical trials for treating inflammation associated with osteoarthritis.
Pregnant women experiencing morning sickness can safely use ginger to relieve nausea and vomiting, often in the form
of ginger lozenges or candies. Ginger also reduces the symptoms of dysmenorrhoea (severe pain during menstrual cycle).
During cold weather, drinking ginger tea is good way to keep warm. It is diaphoretic, which means that it promotes sweating, working to warm the body from within. As such, in the wake of a cold, ginger tea is particularly useful.

Decoction of dried Pomegranate seeds is more effective than eating fresh seeds and is compatible with the ‘Low-Carb Diet’. However, 1/2 a glass of fresh Pomegranate juice or a cupful of fresh pomegranate fruit seeds every morning on an empty stomach will also be quite effective.

Take a measure of lemon juice, ginger juice, garlic juice and apple cider vinegar and mix thoroughly and boil on low heat for about 30 min or till the quantity reduces by 25 percent i.e. equal to three measures. Then take it off the stove and let it cool to room temperature. Then mix in three measures of natural honey and store in a bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
